ABOUT THE ARTIST
Faruza Yakubu is an award-winning makeup artist with 7+ years of experience, including work with GBC and training hundreds of artists. Renowned for her expertise, bubbly personality, and impeccable service, she is dedicated to creating flawless, unforgettable bridal experiences.

PRE-WEDDING
GLAM/BRIDAL TRIAL
A bridal trial is a consultation and makeup application of your desired wedding look. This service is optional but highly recommended.
Benefits of a bridal trial:
• Builds rapport between the bride and artist
• Helps avoid surprises on the wedding day
• Allows the artist to study the bride’s skin type, tone, and facial features
• Helps finalize makeup, hair, and outfit coordination

DIAMOND PACKAGE
Rate: GHS 3,000
Perfect for a bride who wants glam for a single event and it could work for either of the following;
1. Traditional Wedding only
2. White Wedding only.
3. Court signing Only.

• Luxurious skin prep tailored to your skin type
• Lightweight mink lashes

For brides who have 2 events on the same day.

• Makeup for bride’s mother

IMPORTANT NOTICE – SAME DAY BRIDES (ACCRA)
Brides having Traditional and White Wedding on the same day whose location is not in Accra central (e.g. Kasoa, Tema, Oyarifa, Aburi, Krokrobite, Prampram, Nsawam, Oyibi, etc.) are limited to book the SAPPHIRE PACKAGE (full day service) or ZIRCON PACKAGE (half-day service )

For brides who have 2 events on 2 different days

THE SAPPHIRE PACKAGE
For the luxurious bride who wants a full day service.
Full-Day Booking (1 Day)
Rate: GHS 7,000
• Max of 5 outfit change
• Unlimited touch-ups for bride only
• Up to 7 hours of service
THE MUSLIM BRIDE

PEARL PACKAGE
Rate : GHS 3,000
• One bridal look
• One outfit
• Suitable for Nikkah, Arewa, Walimah, or Reception
• Flawless makeup with lightweight lashes
• Duration: 2 hours
ZIRCON PACKAGE (half day service)
Rate: GHS 5,000
• 2–3 makeup looks
• 2–3 outfits
• Flawless makeup with lightweight lashes
• Duration: 4–5 hours
SAPPHIRE PACKAGE – GHS 7,000
• Full-day booking
• Max 5 outfits
• Unlimited touch-ups for bride only
• Up to 7 hours
GELE & TURBAN
We do not offer Gele or turban services, but we can recommend professional Gele and turban artists upon request.

BRIDAL HAIRSTYLING
We do not offer hairstyling, but recommendations are available.
INTERNATIONAL BOOKINGS
Rate: $1,000 per day
• Makeup for brides Traditional and OR white wedding look
• Touch up for reception
• For destination weddings outside Ghana
• Does not include travel or accommodation
• Client is responsible for flights and decent accommodation
• This package covers 7-10 hours a day only
OTHER SERVICES
• Court signing: GHS 3,000
• Traditional wedding & reception only: GHS 4,500
• White wedding & reception only: GHS 4,500
• Sunday thanksgiving: GHS 1,500
• Mother of bride/groom: GHS 800
• Extra hour: GHS 800 per hour
BRIDESMAIDS
• 1 bridesmaid: GHS 800
• 2 bridesmaids: GHS 750 each
• 3 or more: GHS 700 each
Note: Makeup for mother of the bride and bridesmaids are done by FYGLAM TEAM of professional artists
BRIDES OUTSIDE ACCRA
Brides outside Accra (e.g. Cape Coast, Kumasi, Takoradi, Tamale, Wa, Akosombo, etc.) are. Limited to book either the SAPPHIRE PACKAGE (full-day service) or ZIRCON PACKAGE (half day service).

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not included in any package. Cost is based on the bride’s exact location.

TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION
• Client covers all travel costs outside Accra
• Client provides decent accommodation
(preferably a hotel)
• Accommodation must be agreed upon by both parties
• Far locations are preferably by flight
BOOKING & CONTRACT TERMS
Booking Confirmation
• 70% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure dates and time
• Date availability must be confirmed before payment
• Remaining 30% due one week before the wedding
CANCELLATION & DATE CHANGE POLICY
• All deposits paid are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
• Cancellations made 6 weeks or more prior to the event: Only 40% of the deposit will be refunded.
• Cancellations made less than 6 weeks to the event date: NO REFUND will be issued.
• Date changes are NOT guaranteed. A booking date may only be changed if the Artist is available on the new date.
• All approved date changes attract a rescheduling fee of GHS 1,000 cedis
Time Policy
• Time starts upon arrival and setup
• Bride must be ready at agreed time
• Artist leaves immediately after service unless extra hours or full-day booking is made
Advertisement Consent
• FYGLAM may use high quality photos/videos for advertisement purposes unless stated otherwise by the bride. Bride must notify Artist before booking if she does not consent.
Service Location
• Clean, well-lit, ventilated, air-conditioned room required
• Limited access during makeup session. Only hairstylist, photographers, Cordinator are allowed in the dress up room. Bridesmaids and family members can come after dress up
Liability
Client must disclose allergies or skin conditions. FYGLAM is not liable for undisclosed reactions.
Force Majeure
Both parties will reach an amicable agreement if services are affected by unforeseen events.
